A fact remains that if you are looking for a Dutch-speaking successor, there’s not much alternative, can I say, than JobnetAfrica.

When they were searching for a general manager before I took that job, they, they used Linkedin etc. The whole world was applying and you also have to manage expectations, etc. it’s just growing. Then it’s too much if you cannot rely on your own network.

But the good thing is that basically JobnetAfrica could handle that very well. The positive thing of JobnetAfrica is basically their network because everybody who I speak to, also in Ghana, but also other friends of mine, Dutch friends who are working and living in the whole continent, they know JobnetAfrica. You’re very experienced. So that is, I think, also very positive for Jobnet.
