Recruiting IN the market
Posted on 5 April, 2024 by Jobnet Africa
When you are sourcing candidates that are ON the market, that means you are actually only scraping the surface in terms of finding the best candidates. You will only get in contact with candidates that are actively searching for a new opportunity. These are often not best candidates.
When you are sourcing candidates IN the market, like JobnetAfrica does, you actually do research, map the competition etc. You will find candidates that were not necessarily looking for a change, but might be interested in the proposition you have.
So this is what I mean when I say that JobnetAfrica finds you the best candidates not just ON the market, but also IN the market. Interested to find the top 5% professionals in Africa? Send me a message on inez@jobnetafrica.com and I will get back to you.
