Long-term relationships with recruiters are highly beneficial for companies

Recruiters who have worked with your organization for an extended period understand your company structure, culture, and specific hiring needs. Despite potentially higher costs, investing in a long-term relationship allows recruiters to better serve you by aligning with your business plans, expansion goals, retention challenges, and talent strategies.
- Spend time with your recruiter or your executive search agent.
- Tell them about your business plans.
- Tell them about your expansion plans.
- Tell them about your retention issues.
- Tell them about your talent plans.
Because the more you involve your recruiter, the better they understand your company and the better they can serve you when you actually have a need.
So that is my advice for today. For more information on this topic watch the below video.
