Our client is a well-established construction and engineering company, recognized in Madagascar and internationally for delivering complex building and industrial projects. As part of its continued growth and technical strengthening, the company is currently seeking a Director of Studies to lead and formalize its engineering governance and oversee the validation of all technical studies.

Role Purpose:
Act as technical authority and lead engineer for projects, overseeing and validating all MEP technical studies. Ensure regulatory, normative and contractual compliance while coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and validate technical design and execution studies
- Prepare technical specifications and detailed design files
- Coordinate architects, engineering offices, contractors and clients
- Manage technical interfaces and resolve complex design issues
- Review and validate technical and financial bids
- Ensure compliance with standards, budgets and project timelines
- Support project execution and act as technical reference throughout the lifecycle

Key Interfaces:
- Internal: General Management, Production, Engineering teams
- External: Clients, consultants, contractors, architects, suppliers

Profile Requirements:
- Engineering degree specialized in MEP, HVAC, fire safety or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar senior technical role
- Strong background in construction and industrial projects
- Excellent knowledge of regulations, standards and best practices

Languages:
- French: Fluent
- English: Advanced
