Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day farm operations
- Collaborate with senior global leadership
- Manage crop cultivation: planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, post-harvest care
- Improve productivity, cost-efficiency, and product quality
- Coordinate variety trials and certification efforts
- Ensure compliance across departments and regulatory areas
- Oversee budgeting, HR, and infrastructure maintenance
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of farm management, ideally in large-scale agriculture
- Horticulture experience strongly preferred
- Background in African agriculture, with Ethiopia experience a plus
- Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or relevant field
- Leadership skills with strong cultural awareness and communication abilities
- Fluent in English; Amharic proficiency a bonus
- Willingness to relocate and grow with the team
