The Role
As a Growth Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by generating and securing high-quality sales leads and calls with both new and existing clients. Additionally, you will take ownership of content management and marketing efforts, ensuring our brand stays top-of-mind with engaging LinkedIn content, newsletters, blogs, and visuals.
This is a hybrid role based in the Western Cape, requiring one day per week in our Paarl office and four days remote.

The Role
As a Growth Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by generating and securing high-quality sales leads and calls with both new and existing clients. Additionally, you will take ownership of content management and marketing efforts, ensuring our brand stays top-of-mind with engaging LinkedIn content, newsletters, blogs, and visuals.
This is a hybrid role based in the Western Cape, requiring one day per week in our Paarl office and four days remote.
What You’ll Do
1. Sales Development
- Proactively connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, sending invites and starting conversations.
- Manage LinkedIn chats, reply to messages, and follow up strategically.
- Organize and set up sales calls for the sales team.
- Engage with new prospects and re-engage with existing clients to drive business growth.
- Track and optimize engagement strategies to maximize both quality and quantity of calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team for optimal results.
2. Content & Marketing Coordination
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, including reels, shorts, blogs, and posts to enhance brand presence.
- Develop and distribute newsletters to engage clients and prospects.
- Design and coordinate visuals for marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-5 yrs of professional experience in admin, sales, or marketing-related tasks.
- Strong English communication and writing skills (French is a plus!).
- Experience with LinkedIn content creation and digital marketing is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- High accuracy in managing documentation and client data.
- A natural connector who enjoys building relationships and improving engagement.
- Self-discipline to work remotely while staying productive and motivated.
