Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Leadership
  • Design and implement strategies to solidify our position as a partner in the region.
  • Oversee reselling initiatives while ensuring the successful delivery of professional services, including implementation, onboarding, and training.
  • Manage client relationships to enhance retention and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Align objectives and strategies with partners, maintaining synergy with their evolving partner program.

Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution within set timelines and budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and elevate service quality.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
  • Support team development by providing mentorship and creating pathways for professional advancement.
  • Collaborate with other practice leads and leadership to ensure cross-functional alignment and foster synergy across teams.

Customer Success
  • Build trust with clients as a reliable advisor, ensuring their goals are achieved through customized professional services.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering value-driven engagements tailored to their needs.

What You Bring:

  • Education: A degree in technology, commerce, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles within the technology or consulting sectors, with a focus on African markets.
  • Vision: A clear ability to translate complex market demands into actionable strategies.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of fostering teamwork across cultures and regions.
  • Adaptability: A readiness to embrace challenges in dynamic, multicultural environments and having a hands-on approach
