Requirements:
- At least bachelor work and thinking level.
- At least 8+ years of relevant business in Agriculture (onions, tomatoes, cucumber and herbs) and leadership experience.
- Fluency in English
- A proven track record on delivering innovations and process optimizations but also on team development, team dynamics and coaching.
- Excellent financial management and analytical skills
- Frequent domestic and international travel is not an issue for you.
- You have a driver’s license
