How not to lose good candidates
Posted on 15 April, 2024 by Jobnet Africa
Did you ever start a recruitment process with an executive recruiter and when they delivered the candidates shortlist, there were different opinions within your own organization about how and with who to proceed? Or that it wasn’t clear who was doing the interviews with the shortlisted candidates? Or when the interviews are being taken?
This might very well lead to good candidates dropping out.
This occurs when the recruitment process was started and it wasn’t 100% clear what the organization is looking for or how the process is streamlined. This is all very understandable, but actually can be prevented.
A solution is to sit down with your executive recruiter beforehand and create a clear timeline together. And to make sure that within your organization ‘all the noses are pointed in the same direction’.
If you would like to know more about streamlining this process, feel free to send me a message on inez@jobnetafrica.com to schedule a call.
