Developments in the logistics sector in Africa
Posted on 8 November, 2024 by Jobnet Africa
Logistics is a big sector in Africa and there many different areas that are all part of the logistics sector, for example warehousing, trucking, air transport, port terminals etc. etc.
Logistics is also connected to most other sectors.
What we see a lot these days, also in Africa, is that many companies are being bought by competitors.
So, mergers and acquisitions are quite common.
What happens with these takeovers is that the buying party either brings their own management team or reshuffles the management team that is already in place.
We rarely see that nothing changes at all.
With both options recruitment at management level is necessary.
